Firm details and letterhead
Everything here is printed at the top of receipts, invoices, statements and reports. A live letterhead preview shows the result as you type.

| Company registration no. | Your CIPC number, for an Inc. or company. Printed in the letterhead. | Leave blank if the practice isn't a company. |
| Fidelity Fund certificate no. | This year's certificate number from the Legal Practitioners' Fidelity Fund. Printed in the letterhead. | Every year, when the new certificate is issued. |
| VAT number | Required on a Tax Invoice. Must be a South African VAT number (10 digits, starting with 4). Printed only if the firm is VAT registered under Invoicing. | When the firm registers for VAT. |
| Brand colour | One colour, used sparingly on receipts, invoices, statements, reports and the client portal. Pick Neutral, Navy, Burgundy, Forest, Charcoal or Teal, or any colour with the picker or a hex code. | Once at setup. Text always prints in dark ink; if you choose a very light colour, lines print in a darker shade of it. |
Where the letterhead appears
- Receipts, invoices, credit notes and statements of account.
- Every report's A4 preview, printout and PDF.
- The diary printout.
- The client portal (logo, name and a bar in your colour) and the email clients get when you message them.
Whether an invoice is titled Tax Invoice or Invoice depends on the VAT setting; see Invoicing and VAT.
