Pricing

R1,000 a month for the whole firm, with unlimited users. Everything on these pages is included.

Where to start

  1. When your firm is set up, sign in for the first time.
  2. An Administrator works through Set up your firm and adds the team.
  3. Bring your existing files across with Bulk Entry. The plan is in Moving to Caseo.

Getting around

The navigation is a bar across the top: Dashboard, Matters, Clients, Diary, Bulk Entry and Client Portal for everyone, plus Reports, Transactions, Analytics and Reconciliation for Supervisors and Administrators. On the right are search, recently opened items, Settings, and the account menu under your initials (Members, Help & support, What's new, Sign out).

Most pages are a list with a panel that opens beside it, so you never lose your place. Open a matter, then its client, and both sit side by side. Press Esc to close the right-most panel, and ⌘K or / to search from anywhere.

The Dashboard

  • Headline figures: active matters, new today and upcoming diary entries. Supervisors and Administrators also see trust and business balances; Staff see what's overdue and due today.
  • Recent activity: notes, money, status changes, and client messages and uploads, each linking to its matter.
  • Upcoming diary: the next 15 open entries.
  • Banners for trust money that isn't on a matter yet, and if the business account is negative (Supervisors and Administrators).
  • Set up your firm: the checklist, for Administrators of new firms.
