Download your firm's records as CSV. Your data is yours.

| Transactions | Every trust and business transaction. |
| Diary | Your diary entries. |
Each Download CSV button saves a file named like caseo-yourfirm-matters-2026-09-27.csv. The files open correctly in Excel, including accented names.
These files contain personal informationClient ID numbers are in full. Store the files as carefully as you would the client files themselves, and delete copies you no longer need.
For everything, including documents, ask us through Help & support. That export is prepared by the Caseo team.
