Yes. A one-person practice pays the same R1,000 a month as a firm of five. You get the same diary, trust and business accounting, client portal and reports, and you can add up to four more people at the same price.

No. We do it with you at no charge: your clients, open matters and trust balances, from your current system or spreadsheets. We check the figures with you before you go live.

Can our accountant use it?

Yes, at no extra cost. Your accountant gets their own read-only login, or you send them the month-end pack.

Can we get our data out?

Yes, at any time. An Administrator downloads matters, clients, transactions, invoices, fees, time, the diary, FICA records and more from Settings, one by one or all together.
